Our Persian Premiere

We finally had the opportunity to film our first Persian wedding. That's one of the things that I love so much about this business. The exposure to other cultures and traditions. In a world that seems to be beset with hatred and bitterness among races, it's nice to know that in this business of filming weddings, we can focus on the beauty inherent in all cultures.
The bride and groom (Ben and Naz) were a total blast! We also shot their love story video which premiered at the reception. It was high-larious.
The wedding took place at San Francisco City Hall. This was also our first shoot there. It's funny, when they contacted me and told me they were getting married at City Hall, I was like, "Okay, why are you going to invest so much in video for a city hall wedding. Not that there's anything wrong with that. It just seems overkill." Well, that was before I knew what SF City Hall was like. Wow! Large marble columns and staircase. A 4-story dome rotunda. Dynamite lighting scheme. Watch the video and you'll see what I'm talkin' about. And this wedding was off the hiz-zook! Click the image below to play video.

Ron and team, I always check into the site to view your clips because since my wedding, I have been a huge fan of your impeccable work. The Persian wedding captured by you is by far one of the most captivating and riviting pieces I have seen so far. You just get better everytime! You are so good, I often wonder what it would be like if you could re-edit my wedding footage again! Ingenious work Ron... a fan since 03... Aisha Blackwell
P.S. Merry Christmas to you Tasra, Imani, and Joshua

Hey Aisha,
So good to hear from you. Thanks so much for your kind words. This piece was directed by me and edited by our senior producer Tony. I'll pass on the compliment.
Regarding your wedding, I still get people telling me that your wedding clip is one of their favorite on our website. That's why it's still up there after three years!
Have a great Christmas!
